VTrust and CBC sign MoU on digital appraisal services

VTrust Express Co., Ltd., a real estate appraisal company in Cambodia, recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC) to integrate digital real estate appraisal services.

The joint venture between the two companies will create a real estate appraisal service called Indication Plus. Indication Plus will allow clients or partners with real estate appraisal needs to find and request access to CBC's credit history management platform.

According to Mr. Vong Sokhal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VTrust Express, Indication Plus is a modern and accurate real estate appraisal service that can analyze and issue preliminary real estate appraisal reports fully and automatically. This digital appraisal service is formulated by Real estate professionals using international real estate appraisal standards. Indication Plus This allows users to use it wherever they are.

Oeur Sothearoth, CEO of CBC, pointed out that about 50% of the loans given to borrowers in the market are secured by the property being applied for, so, finding out the value of the property is very important in assessing the credit. He also strongly believes that the cooperation between the two companies will bring high efficiency to the financial sector.
