On September 3, 2019, Prestige Homes Cambodia (PH) and Urban Village (UV) real estate agencies signed an “exclusive agency agreement” on the Taiwanese market, aiming to set up a framework for collaboration in the area of real estate development investments.
This agreement allows signatories to work together to develop a perfect platform for end-buyers and investors.
Mr. Roger Liu, a representative of condominium developer in Taiwan, and Mr.Ben Li, executive director of UV, penned on the exclusive agreement, witnessed by the management team from both companies. It represents a mutual commitment to making a paramount figure for the parties.
The agreement signing was officially and legally acknowledged by the two firms committing to work together to reach their shared goals and bring benefits to investors.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Ben had expressed his appreciation for this milestone event. He also mentioned that continuous and fine cooperation between UV and Ph has produced tremendous success within the past few months. He believes this exclusive agreement will bear more fruitful results in the near future.
