Last Tuesday, representatives of the Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA) met up with representatives of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a global accreditation firm from the UK, to talk about a partnership that aims to evaluate current real estate ethics and practices and eventually provide an avenue for proper real estate education in Cambodia.
