CAN I JOIN THE BLACK FRIDAY PROPERTY SALE?
Everyone is welcome to join the Black Friday Property Sale, even if you’re not living in the Kingdom of Cambodia! Simply register for FREE in order to see and reserve the discounts on the featured properties. You may register through the link below:

HOW DO I GET A DISCOUNT ON PROPERTY?
Once successfully registered, you may log in to your credentials on the same website you registered in. Click on the “New Developments” tab on the top of your screen to see the developments and their respective discounts!
Getting a discount requires you to pay a fully refundable $500 reservation fee. This fee essentially does 3 things:
- It applies the advertised discount on one selected property/development
- Secures your meeting with the developer (with the assistance of REAKH)
- A deduction from the final sale price
NOTE: Reserving a property/unit in a development does not mean you have purchased it.
HOW CAN I PAY THE RESERVATION FEE?
Payments can be made through Visa, Mastercard, or UnionPay. REAKH also accepts payments through the ABA Payment Gateway.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MAKE THE RESERVATION FEE?
Once your payment has been confirmed, REAKH will contact you within 7 days to work out a meeting between you and the developer. This is where you can view the property for yourself and directly ask the developer questions!
