Under-water Villa

First came artificial islands off the coast of Dubai, and the next stage is building villa homes that will be sit half above, and half below, the water. A first for the world property market!

A developer, known as the Kleindienst Group, is now set to build the villa project. Each Villa home will have two floors above water level - and one beneath - as part of The World islands project, known specifically as the Heart of Europe. The 1,700 sq ft villas, expected to be finished in 2017, have been introduced at the price of Dh5 million, on a construction-linked payment plan.
