Information that we store in relation to your account
Online Real Estate Co Ltd, operator of the Realestate.com.kh iOS and Android Apps stores the following information when a user creates an account:
- Username
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Personal information relating to your use of the Realestate.com.kh website and apps
How to delete your account information
1. Realestate.com.kh Website:- Step 1: Login to your account using the login button on the top right corner of the desktop or top left corner of the mobile site
- Step 2: Click the “dashboard” menu button in the top navigation menu.
- Step 3: Click the profile icon in the top right corner then select the “Profile Settings” dropdown menu button.
- Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Delete Account”.
- Step 5: Click the “OK” button to delete your data. (Warning: This will delete all your data and your entire account)
- Step 1: Login to your account using the login button on the top right corner of the desktop or top left corner of the mobile site
- Step 2: Click the “More” tab menu button in the bottom right corner then click the “Profile” menu button.
- Step 3: Click on the “Delete Account” button at the bottom of the screen.
- Step 4: Complete the prompt by typing “DELETE” and pressing delete to erase your data. (Warning: This will delete all your data and your entire account)
What happens when you delete your account information
Once you complete the above steps to delete your account information your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within a 7 day period,
